Launched in 2021 with the aim of becoming Europe’s leading insurtech specialist in cyber risk, Stoïk has raised over €50 million with some of the world’s most renowned investors (Andreessen Horowitz, Munich Re Ventures, Opera Tech Ventures, Alven & Anthemis) and has co-created its insurance product with leading insurers and reinsurers (Swiss Re, Tokio Marine HCC, Axeria, etc.).

Stoïk now has almost 5,000 customers and operates in 4 European countries with a team of 90 international employees.

  • You’ll join the Product & Ops team, which includes both a Product team (with 2 Product Managers and 2 Product Designers) and an Ops team (featuring CSM, RevOps, and Sales Enablement) working together to optimize Stoïk’s internal systems and processes.

  • In this role, you will be at the intersection of product management and technical implementation, focusing on HubSpot as a central platform that powers all key business functions - including Sales, Underwriting, Customer Success, Broker Success, Cyber, Finance. Your mission will be to continuously enhance, integrate, and scale Stoïk’s internal toolstack, by implementing new features, streamlining workflows, and ensuring HubSpot remains a high-performing and intuitive platform for all stakeholders.

  • At Stoïk, HubSpot does more than the usual CRM and is deeply embedded with our broker portal, acting as a core system for both internal teams and external customer and broker interactions. Combined with no-code automation tools (Make, n8n, Retool), it plays a pivotal role throughout the entire customer and broker lifecycle - from acquisition, sales, underwriting, onboarding, and renewals, to cash collection and customer/broker support.


  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Own and enhance HubSpot as a mission-critical platform, continuously improving its scalability, efficiency, and impact to support Stoïk’s growth and operations.

    • Optimize and manage integrations between HubSpot and our two applications - our broker portal and Stoïk protect - working closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams. Oversee additional integrations, including Metabase, Slack, and no-code tools (Make, n8n), while ensuring a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience across CRM and other systems.

    • Develop and implement scalable processes to support Stoïk’s rapid growth, including:

      • Enabling new product launches for insurance and cybersecurity solutions

      • Supporting market expansion and strengthening operations in existing markets (France, Germany, Austria, Spain)

      • Structuring and refining processes across Sales, Underwriting, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making


Profil recherché

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Management, or GTM Engineering, with hands-on CRM management required - HubSpot/Salesforce experience is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency with no-code automation and interface tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Retool) is required.

  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or SQL is a plus.
