Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.
In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 450 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London, Paris and soon San Mateo, and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.

What you’ll do
Solutions Consultants work with Account Executives and our Strategic Business Partners to shape the vision of prospects and existing clients and present Pigment’s thought leadership around Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting. You will be focused on:
Customer Discovery Build relationships with customers to identify business goals and limitations with their current planning approach/solutionsExec Workshops Run workshops to shape and refine our proposed solution with senior executive audiencesSet A Customer Planning Vision Evolve and shape customers planning strategy beyond their current state through the development of a solution hypothesis, as supported by relevant proof-points from our customer success storiesProduct Demonstrations Master Pigment’s product capabilities and address a wide variety of business concerns through a customized and differentiated product capability demonstrationSolution Design Develop comprehensive Pigment solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of prospect companiesScoping Design, scope, and estimate the software solution and professional services for prospects and customersCross-functional collaboration Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver on prospect needs to improve product, processes, customer experiences and responding to RFPs/RFIsWho you are
Knowledge of the EPM space with modeling experience in at least one product (E.g. Adaptive Insights (Workday), Anaplan, Board, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Jedox, Planful, Vena, etc) is essentialSignificant experience in Supply Chain use cases as well as sales, presales, data science or modeling at a software/SaaS companyAbility to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide modeling or data management expertise to inspire prospects in their early engagementsProven track record of building strong C-level executive relationships, a deep sense of empathy and dedicationExperience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audienceStrategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environmentAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needsExperience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervisionBA/BS degree or MSA preferredFluent in French and English.
