As a Junior Commercial Manager at Streem Energy, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our business across Europe, focusing on a few strategic countries (e.g., UK and Italy in H1) under the guidance of the Head of Sales.
Your Responsibilities:
Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of client challenges and progressively develop your domain expertise to craft customer-centric value propositions that drive sales strategies.
Build a Robust Pipeline: Proactively generate leads through networking, attending industry events, sourcing referrals, and maintaining strong relationships across the ecosystem. Continuously map your market segment and connect with potential new customers.
Drive Revenue Growth: Sell, manage, and develop both new and existing client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and sustained business growth.
Advocate for Clients: Act as the key liaison between customer needs and our engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and tailored solutions.

As a junior sales role, generating multiple opportunities with qualified leads will be an important part of your objectives.

We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we expect:
6 to 24 months of experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar business development role (including internships or temporary placements).
Experience in selling SaaS solutions in a B2B context (pipeline management, closing large contracts, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Alternatively, candidates with experience in renewable energy and a strong desire to transition into a sales role in the energy data industry are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and another European language: ideally German, Italian or Spanish (both written and verbal).
A strong desire to grow business for newly launched products and consistently achieve ambitious sales goals.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with energy markets will be a plus..
