As the Key Account and New Business Partnership Manager, you will be a key driver of Studapart’s growth and strategic direction in France. You’ll lead strategic partnerships, drive growth, and shape the future of better housing for students and young professionals. Your main responsibilities will be:
Developing and Managing Key Account Partnerships
Identify, prospect, and secure strategic partnerships with key accounts (residence managers, institutional landlords, real estate companies, schools, and universities).
Build trusted relationships with key partners and maintain regular follow-ups to maximize satisfaction and engagement.
Negotiate and formalize contractual agreements in line with Studapart’s strategic goals.
Monitor partnership KPIs to measure performance and propose optimizations.
Note: Portfolio exceeding €3 million in revenue.
Driving Commercial Expansion and New Business
Identify growth opportunities in untapped or emerging market segments.
Propose and implement innovative strategies to develop offerings tailored to new clients and partners’ needs.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design differentiated solutions for new markets.
Conduct strategic market research on trends, regulatory changes, and competitive initiatives.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Tech, Marketing) to ensure successful partnership execution.
Lead and train teams dedicated to partnership development or commercial initiatives.
Represent Studapart at events, trade shows, and conferences related to real estate or education.
Note: Team of 8 people.
Minimum 10 years experience in B2B partnership management, business development, or key account management, with proven results.
Expertise in real estate, digital services, or education sectors is a big plus.
Preferably a Master’s degree in commerce, management, or real estate.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex relationships (data analysis and dashboard management).
Organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic vision and the ability to develop innovative projects.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
