Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for designing and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns?

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing initiatives across various channels, driving engagement and growth. In this role, you’ll not only lead the creation of innovative campaigns but also ensure they are optimized through ongoing testing, analysis, and reporting. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Wrike to maximize performance.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Promote and improve usage of marketing-driven tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike)

  • Define metrics, test, analyze and report on campaigns

  • Collaborate with sales managers to improve customer-facing assets and sales material

  • Design and implement successful go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the product management team

  • Lead the marketing communications team (3 people)


Profil recherché

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience in the biotech or pharma industry, or background in life sciences
