Under the supervision of our Head of Global Creatives, your role is divided into three main areas:
Client and Creator Relations: As the true conductor of the project, you ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with creators (both in France and internationally). You carefully and pragmatically select the creators who will work on your project (motion designers, UGC creators, etc.) based on your needs, their talents, their specialties, and within the constraints of your budget and deadlines.
Project Management: You handle multiple projects simultaneously, carefully planning every stage of production while considering key constraints (deadlines, publishing schedules, strategy, etc.). Organization and task planning are second nature to you. You are able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
International dimension: You localize campaigns to multiple markets through translations and transcriptions, as well as respecting the different cultures and market maturities. It is vital to manage multiple streams of work in various languages, while still meeting the client objectives across the markets.
Budget Management: You manage your projects while respecting client budgets and internal performance objectives regarding profit margins.
You define campaign objectives, budget, and project scope with the client (number of videos, publishing platforms, shoot requirements, etc.). Projects can range from original content creation to the production of mobile-first content based on existing materials.
You take the lead on the creative direction of your own projects.
You find and present innovative ideas that align with the client’s needs and budget. You validate these ideas with the client, as well as all deliverables, deadlines, and budget before moving into production.
Mentorship: You support the skill development up to two junior team members (Junior Creative Strategists, apprentices, or interns).
Supervision: You provide daily guidance, conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings, share knowledge, oversee training and onboarding, track objectives, and facilitate feedback sessions.
To clarify the responsibilities of the position, please note that you do not create or produce the content yourself—our creative team handles that part. Your creative role comes earlier in the process, when proposing ideas and presenting them to clients to prepare for the production phase.
✅ Experience: You have at least 3 years of project management experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships) in video advertising for social media .
