The Mobility Experience team has started a new program based in Europe's main driver support & activation centers - the Greenlight Hubs - to help drivers make the transition to an electric vehicle through education, discussion & presenting the options available to make the switch. We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated individual to join our team to help lead this programme on the ground.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Team Lead to oversee operations across multiple locations (Paris, Lisbon, Madrid), managing a team dedicated to supporting strategic initiatives. In this role, you will drive program success by optimizing processes, managing key stakeholders, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team across Uber's Greenlight Hubs, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team, driving growth and operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all workflows are efficient and aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and address challenges.
Use data to guide decision-making and optimize program outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management).
1+ years of experience in operations or program management, with a proven ability to manage teams and complex logistics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and project management software.
Fluent in French.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the mobility, transportation, or sustainability sectors.
Knowledge of regulatory landscapes.
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
