As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue-generating processes by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations. You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing our tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and actionable insights across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success
Manage and enhance our technology stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase)
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient handoffs
Lead data cleaning and enrichment initiatives to maintain high data quality
Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency
Support forecasting and revenue planning activities
Train team members on tools and processes
Administer and optimize Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, and customizations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles
Proven experience with CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot and Salesforce
Strong Salesforce administration skills including:
User management and security profiles
Custom object and field creation
Dlow development
Report and dashboard creation
Integration management
Data validation rules and automation
Experience with Salesforce AppExchange tools and third-party integrations
Strong knowledge of data management and analytics tools (BigQuery, Metabase)
Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong project management capabilities
Fluent in English
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
Experience working in a SaaS or technology startup environment
Knowledge of sales and marketing methodologies
Certifications in Hubspot, Salesforce, or relevant platforms
Experience with Metabase, Big Query
