We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding, customer verification, and contract signing. As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space, we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention.

Our platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:

• Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
• KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning

What are we looking for?

We are hiring our first QA Lead to take ownership of software quality across the Signaturit Group. This is a unique opportunity to build QA practices from the ground up — no legacy, just a blank slate and a group-wide ambition to do things right.

At the beginning, you’ll work hands-on across multiple teams to define test strategies, improve coverage, maintain test workbooks, and ensure our CI/CD pipeline runs quality gates smoothly. As the group grows, you’ll help hire and lead our future QA engineers.

What you will do at Signaturit 🚀

Strategy & Foundations

• Define and implement the group-wide QA strategy, tooling, and methodology.
• Create and maintain test plans, workbooks, and coverage documentation.
• Choose and implement the right mix of tests, including unit, integration, E2E, manual, and exploratory tests.

Execution & Automation

• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Set up and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Identify regression risks and work proactively to reduce them.

Quality Governance

• Establish clear quality metrics and continuously track them.
• Promote a quality-first mindset across teams and ensure QA becomes an integral part of the development lifecycle.
• Ensures that development teams conduct root cause analysis on incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Manages bug triage, reproduces and ensures prioritization of proven bugs.

Growth & Leadership

• Collaborate with the Engineering Management to develop the QA team's roadmap.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding future QA engineers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship as the team grows - with the potential to transition into a QA Manager role.

What skills will make you successful🎯

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles, with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong hands-on skills with testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest, Postman).
• Experience integrating tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable test documentation and test cases.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a bonus.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a taste for structure.
