    Missions

    We’re looking for a talented Brand Marketing Manager to help us lead, develop, and execute our brand strategies internationally and in our home market, France.

    As Weglot’s Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind evolving our brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.

    This is a new role within the marketing team and offers an exciting opportunity to lead brand-building initiatives, boost awareness, strengthen customer loyalty, and help Weglot stand out in a competitive market.

    As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role within Weglot’s 10-person marketing team. Working alongside the Head of Content, Elizabeth, and the content team (Merve and Rayne), you’ll help shape, elevate, and evolve Weglot’s brand identity to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and Execute Brand Campaigns:
      • Conceptualize and lead creative brand campaigns to increase awareness for Weglot.
      • Manage brand awareness campaigns from idea to execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Collaborate on co-branded campaigns and content with partners.
      • Grow and expand on previous brand initiatives by producing high-impact content formats, including industry reports and original research.
      • Identify and act on trends and opportunities to elevate Weglot's visibility.
      • Content and Messaging:
        • Collaborate with the content team to create assets (videos, blogs, social posts, etc.) that effectively communicate our brand story.
        • Position Weglot as a thought leader in the website translation space.
        • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
        • Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of our target persona and ensure it informs every Marketing initiative and decision.
      • Cross-Channel Strategy:
        • Coordinate multi-channel efforts, including digital, social media, partnerships, and events.
        • Experiment with new platforms and approaches to engage our audience.
        • Work with our Events Manager to build our brand presence at events and webinars.
        • Ensure brand consistency in sponsorships and collaborations.
      • Social Media Voice:
        • Coordinate the social media strategy in coherence with the overall global objectives of the Weglot brand.
        • Lead personal branding strategy of key Weglot employees.
      • Public Relations:
        • Develop and execute strategic public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
        • Manage media relations, craft compelling press releases, and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
      • Measure and Optimize:
        • Use analytics to track the performance of campaigns, report on key metrics, and recommend improvements.
        • Continuously iterate on campaign strategies based on insights and results.
      • Collaborate with Teams:
        • Work closely with Product, Sales, and other parts of the Marketing team to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
        • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and other external partners in relation to brand actions.

      Profile we're looking for :

      • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B brand marketing role, preferably at an international company.
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
      • A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
      • Spoken languages: Fluent in English and French.
      • Strategic: Must be able to execute and develop long-term brand strategies that align with business goals.
      • Analytical: Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure the success of branding efforts, with experience using tools to measure campaign impact.
      • Creative Skills: Ability to initiate and lead strong visual storytelling campaigns, working closely with our Creative Content Manager for brand consistency.
      • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
      • Autonomous: Able to work independently and manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines and producing quality outcomes without constant direction.
      • Communication: Effectively communicates with team members to align goals and expectations.
      • Proactive: The ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and take the initiative to address them without being prompted.

      Recruitment process

      • A first call with Marie, in charge of the recruitment at Weglot (30mins)
      • A 2nd call with Elizabeth, Head of Content (30-45mins) 
      • A case study at home 
      • A meeting with Eugène (CMO) and Elizabeth (1hour)
      • A final meeting with Co-Founders Augustin and Rémy (1hour)
