About Welii

At Welii, we are reinventing the purchasing experience for businesses. Founded in 2021, our mission is to transform the purchasing process through innovative solutions. Following a successful Seed funding round, we aim to achieve 5 million euros in recurring revenue by the end of 2024 and 15 million euros by the end of 2025.

Your Role at Welii

As the first RevOps at Welii, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will work closely with teams across the entire sales funnel—Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to enhance and streamline processes, tools, and performance.

Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Process Optimization & Tools Management:

    • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop efficient and aligned processes that maximize revenue.

    • Manage and enhance cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.

    • Implement and optimize tools, systems, and technologies to support revenue operations, including Hubspot and Make.

    • Ensure the proper use and functioning of our CRM Hubspot.

    • Participate in benchmarking, implementing, and continuously optimizing tools.

  • Data & Analysis:

    • Analyze revenue operations performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Compile and analyze data to provide strategic insights to management and functional teams.

    • Participate in strategic planning by providing expertise on market trends, competition, and growth opportunities.

    • Manage the prospects and clients database in the CRM, including data cleaning, sanity checks, and automatic enrichment.

    • Define, collect, analyze, and challenge KPIs throughout the sales journey, from MQL to potential churn.

    • Contribute to Sales and CSM forecasting models.

  • Training & Documentation:

    • Train teams on deployed tools and processes.

    • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in all revenue-related activities.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

  • Must-haves:

    • Experience in a similar RevOps role.

    • Strong command of Hubspot

    • Strong command of Make

    • A curious, organized, and proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.

    • Data-driven with a strong analytical capability.

    • Fluency in both French and English.

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Advanced skills in data analysis and the use of analytical tools.

    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Familiarity with tools like CSM tools, Airtable, and Zapier.
