We are recruiting a Senior SaaS Solution Engineer (F/M/X).

Your role

As a Senior Solution Engineer at Whoz, you will be at the core of our sales efforts, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your mission is to understand their challenges, provide tailored solutions using Whoz, and help them envision how our platform can transform their operations and help them achieve their goals.

Your responsabilities

  • Partner with sales teams to drive growth among our mid-market clients in France and abroad.

  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their organizational challenges, offering guidance to identify the most impactful use cases with Whoz.

  • Deliver functional and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to demonstration, emphasizing the unique value of Whoz solutions.

  • Lead engaging workshops and demonstrations to educate both business and technical audiences.

  • Manage functional responses for tenders and qualified projects.

  • Play a key role in the success of a growing pre-sales team and help shape our processes.

  • Support the go-to-market strategy in the region through presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing field feedback with internal teams to influence the product roadmap.


Profil recherché

Your profile

  • Required experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software pre-sales, ideally in a SaaS company, an integrator, or a consulting firm

  • Focused on solutions and value: Skilled in analyzing customer challenges and breaking them down into exploitable use cases to design optimal, tailor-made solutions. Ideally: Experience in value-based selling.

  • Executive Relationships: Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level contacts. Ability to build relationships with customer executives while coordinating with stakeholders on account objectives and engagements.

  • Team Spirit for Growth: Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit. Independent and proactive, you bring creativity and adaptability to your role. At ease in an international setting, you have full proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
