As a Customer Success Manager, you will play the key role of matching customer/user expectations with our Competition Tracking solution, used by major transportation international accounts such as SNCF, BlaBlaCar,OUIGO, Eurostar, Transavia, Corsair. You will help ensure our product reliability while keeping our clients at a very high level of satisfaction.
In practice – even though there is no typical day – your main missions will be:
Customer Support
Act as the main interface with end-users : provide expertise on how to use the system, respond to bug reports, and define how to include customer’s new features requests in the general product roadmap,
Keep users up to date with regular trainings and documentation updates,
Bring assistance to users during the implementation of new projects,
Scraping Daily Operations
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring scraping success and testing data on a daily basis,
Coordinate with the Scraping team to make sure customers’ deadlines are met,
Keep a critical eye and be keen on improving the product, challenging other team members when necessary to bring customers feedback to the table
You have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role
Your appetence for the transportation industry and your capacity to understand/resolve customer issues,
Your ability to lead a project and coordinate a roadmap with different stakeholders,
Your sensitivity to recognize bugs or inconsistencies on any dataset,
Your interest for converting business requirements into technical functionalities; and understanding how technical aspects can impact business requirements,
Your belief that business problems can be solved through technological solutions,
Your skills to interact and communicate well, at all levels, in both French and English
