We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Your missions 🚀

You’ll be joining our PAXONE team is a SaaS booking system for transportation, mainly rail. The user interface and the APIs used by external sales sites enable all ticket sales operations: seating, booking, ticket issuance, refund, etc. Drawing on Wiremind's experience, PAXONE integrates innovative modules of CRM, rolling stock management, and transport planning design into a modern ecosystem.

You’ll be part of a growing team of 9 software engineers and 1 product manager, with plans for further expansion. This role is a great opportunity to bring real value to the product and actively contribute to its evolution.

What you'll be doing :

1. Manage implementation projects

  • Define project roadmaps and establish milestones with functional deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, perform risk analysis, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (software & product) and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

2. Drive client success

  • Engage directly with railway companies and sales channels to understand their expectations and solve their issues
  • Participate in the setup, administration and maintenance of the multiple PAXONE environments
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by transforming client feedback into impactful product features
  1. Manage and organize Customer Support operations:
  • Oversee the Customer Support team to ensure efficient and effective client support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve Customer Support processes & tools.

4. Train and educate clients:

  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on new features and best practices.
  • Ensure clients fully adopt and optimally use PAXONE's features to maximize their benefits.

Your profile 🔍

  • You have 3 years of professional experience and at least 2 years experience in the passenger transport industry. Experience in a B2B software provider is a plus.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven autonomy in project management.
  • Collaborative and hands-on mindset
  • Great interpersonal skills to communicate well and manage stakeholder expectations (in French and English)
  • At least 2 years experience in the passenger transport industry. Experience in a B2B software provider is a plus.
