Location: Paris, France (3 days on site, 2 days remote)

With the acquisition of Sharing Cloud in April 2024, Witco inherited a portfolio of 50+ global integrator and distributor partners. Today, the sales force is composed of both salespeople working on the direct and indirect sales model.

To secure its existing customers and accelerate its growth internationally, Witco is looking for a Sales & partnership Manager to join its Sales team of 10 people.

Reporting directly to the VP Sales, you will be responsible of:

  • cross-selling and upselling a portfolio of customers by executing the strategy implemented on the indirect market of the Witco offer. And you will develop Witco partnership network internationally.
  • strengthening your portfolio of existing partners, but also to recruit, integrate and activate new strategic partners to stimulate revenue growth internationally in line with the development strategy.

This mission is for a person with an entrepreuneurial mindset who enjoys the diversity of taks in their day to day, who likes to open new doors internationally, and who can adapt easily by focusing on what is needed in the Sales team as the business is growing internationally.

Your mission will be structured around 2 main topics:

Partnership

You will handle relationships with both technological and Reseller/ system integrator partners. Your main missions will be:

  • Activate and nurture the existing network of reseller & system integrators internationally
  • Source new resellers & system integrators in regions where Witco is focusing on as needed
  • Animate & Train the network
  • Drive account & opportunity reviews with Reseller & technological partners to bring insights and leads to the Sales team

Account Management

Your main missions will be:

  • Manage the commercial relationship with a portfolio of existing customers
  • Identify new client contacts within the portfolio
  • Develop the client relationship
  • Response to RFPs as needed

Preferred experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, account management and/or channel management
  • You are a strong communicator with a native level in French and English
  • You like hunting on unknown territories
  • You have a never-give-up mindset and you are excited with the challenge of launching new territories
  • You are easily adaptable and enjoy switching from one role to the other
  • You are flexible to travel internationally if needed to meet with partners

Recruitment process

  • First round interview remotely with Tiphaine, VP Sales (30 min.)
  • Use case face to face with Tiphaine (45min)
  • Second round interview with Eliane (CEO)
  • Meeting the Sales team at the office!
