The exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of an eco-friendly brand in the slow fashion industry and learn a lot about digital marketing from a 360º perspective.
Your responsibilities are divided into two blocks:
MARKETING: Assist the marketing manager in the different communications across channels to increase both awareness and sales. Including:
CRM: Weekly newsletters and automated flows
Social Media (Facebook&Instagram): Benchmark & Strategy proposals to increase Reach & Engagement. Content production, User-generated content, community management
Multichannel campaigns: Contribute to the execution across channels of frequent 360º campaigns (products launches, retail events, etc)
Other: provide frequent support on other marketing actions based on needs and interests (Blog articles, Website, Paid channels, etc.)
COMMERCIAL:
Act as a brand ambassador and provide customers with the best possible experience.
Proactively respond to customer inquiries.
Manually update orders in the Shopify back office as needed (updates, cancellations, etc.).
Escalate complaints and complex cases when necessary.
Candidates should have some basic knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and at least 6 months of experience liaising with customers.
C1 level in French speaker, C1 level in English and Spanish is a great advantage.

Our recruitment process is very fast. First, you will have an interview with HR. Then, you will move on to interviews with the person responsible for client management and the e-commerce manager. After this, you will meet the client and, hopefully, receive a formal proposal to join us for the recruitment and welcome party!
