To support this transformation, our client, a leading global FMCG company specializing in snacks and confectionery, is seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Consultant to support a ground-breaking internal upskilling initiative.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain valuable experience working on a cutting-edge project. As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support the implementation of a new internal system that will revolutionize how employees access and learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager throughout all project phases.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Conduct research and gather information related to industry best practices, emerging technologies (like Gen AI), and innovative learning methodologies.

  • Support the development and delivery of engaging learning materials, such as presentations, workshops, and training materials.

  • Assist with stakeholder communication and coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.

  • Track project progress and assist with data collection and analysis.

  • Contribute to the development of project reports and presentations.

  • Gain valuable experience in project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Learn about digital transformation, learning & development, and the challenges and opportunities facing the modern workplace.


Profil recherché

  • A degree in Business Administration or Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Under 3 years of experience in digital project management or a related field.

  • Strong interest in digital transformation, learning & development, and emerging technologies. Past experiences or successful projects in this domain are highly preferred. Exposure to Gen Al would be a big plus!

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is integral.
