Descriptif du poste

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Naboo, you will play a key role at the intersection of our Sales and Marketing German teams!

Your mission is to identify and qualify potential leads for our Account Executives (Sales team), ensuring they are engaged and ready to proceed with concrete intentions to organize corporate seminars.

You will be provided with a list of sign ups and marketing leads at varying levels of engagement. Your responsibility is to contact these leads (starting with the most engaged) and secure firm commitments for seminar organization.

Key Details:

  • A growing SDR team (currently 13 members) across 5 different markets but you’ll be the first one in Germany so there is a lot to build and plenty of opportunities to grow !

Profil recherché

Desired Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in german.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong aptitude for understanding client needs and delivering persuasive communication.

  • Positive, results-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Initial Interview: First contact with Eugénie, SDR

  2. Second interview: Introduction & Discussion with Juliette, Country Manager Germany.

  3. Second Interview: Informal speed dating (4-5 short interviews, 15 minutes each, with randomly selected team members at our office).
