🚀 Mission

As a Pre-sales Engineer at Dashdoc, you are part of the Customer Success team from our office in Paris. You are the main support to the carriers sales team to make complex deals closing a success.

  • You improve the pre-sales process to ensure the sales team is more efficient and sells profitable projects

  • You contribute to building the best product on the market thanks to the insights you get from the market and your on-site days with sales

Profil recherché

  • Aligned with the company values : Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed

  • Driving licence and flexibility to go on-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites. Driving licence is mandatory

  • Experience on complex pre-sales : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts in a saas / industry company, as pre-sales engineer, consultant or purchaser. You already answered to tenders from A to Z.

  • Excellent communication skills : interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence internal and external stakeholders, ability to prepare and present written presentations, sales appetence

  • Product and customer-oriented : attraction for complex saas products. Attraction for industry and transportation markets. Sense of service and ability to understand business needs to propose efficient solutions

  • Organization and analytics : excellent ability to analyze data and define KPIs, prioritizing between several projects, follow closely an action plan, proactivity

  • Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.

  • Bonus : you have a good knowledge of this business thanks to a first experience in a transport company or logistics company.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Quick intro call (20 min) to get to know you and your career goals.

  • Deep dive (1 hr): Chat about your experience and expertise

  • Study case (1.5 hrs): Show your problem-solving skills.

  • Reference calling : Discussion with managers from your previous experiences.

  • Final chat with our CEO: Let’s make sure with Benoit (our CEO) it’s the perfect fit!

The whole process should not take longer than 2-3 weeks.

At least one of these steps will take place at the office !
