We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, results-driven Head of B2B Marketing to take ownership of our marketing strategy and drive sustainable growth across all channels.
Position Overview: As the Head of B2B Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the marketing vision, optimizing current channels, exploring new growth opportunities, and scaling campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and data teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development: Develop and lead a data-driven marketing strategy focused on acquiring new customers, increasing lifetime value, and expanding brand awareness across all platforms (digital, social).
Performance Marketing Leadership: Oversee key channels like paid search, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and affiliate marketing with a focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
KPIs and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key metrics to continually refine marketing strategies, test new approaches and define team OKRs assuring that they are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.
Brand Building: Strengthen the company’s brand positioning and messaging to ensure a cohesive and compelling story that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
Content: Create and implement a content strategy that supports customer acquisition and retention goals, amplifies brand messaging, and drives engagement across multiple channels.
Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior B2B marketing role, with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing.
Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and data-driven marketing.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with sales, product, and data teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
