We are looking to strengthen our Finance function and are seeking a Chief Financial Officer.
The objective of this role is to build and run the financial strategy of YesWeHack. You will be in charge of managing the entire Finance division to ensure YesWeHack’s strategic management: accounting, management control, finance, hr, tax and legal. Reporting directly to our co-founders.
This exciting opportunity will have responsibility across 4 teams:
1) Finance
investor relations
company structuring and governance
financial due diligence
oversight of the finance & accounting and financial planning & analysis teams
oversight of the company audits and consolidation
oversight of the financial operations of the organization
oversight of the treasury and tax management strategy of the company
execution of mergers and acquisitions

3) Human Resources
4) Admin
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires an executive able to support both high-level complex accounting and finance responsibilities as well as manage investor relationships through the growth of the company. You will work closely with the C-level management team, reporting to our COO.

Education: Accounting or Finance Master’s degree required (CPA desirable)
10 years in finance, ideally within a SaaS B2B environment (at €5-100m ARR)
Experience dealing with GAAP and IFRS rules.
You have built and led international finance functions and are comfortable with “rolling up your sleeves” to support your team
Provide strong, forward-looking analytical leadership
Skilled in translating strategy into execution
Thriving in fast-paced environments, you have an “ethical hacker” mindset
Experienced with private fundraising; technical operations, investor relationship, pitching, due diligence, and building relationships with investors and VCs
Prior experience in supporting the M&A process; financial due diligence and integration
Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
