📋 Context
Younited BtoB activity is growing thanks to two types of partnership offers:
- Credit-as-a-Service, designed for banks, fintechs and insurers who wish to develop or
improve a credit activity
- Credit-as-a-Payment, designed for retailers and e-merchants who wish to offer to their
customers the simplest method to pay in several instalments
Within Younited Partnership team, the Sales team covers both business development and
account management for its Enterprise and Small&Medium Business clients (Growth)
We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to join us as Account Executive
Growth.
In the Growth sales team, you will play a key role in accelerating Younited BtoB sales.
Support the Growth Sales Director in the implementation and coordination of the sales
strategy and objectives (hunting plans, prospecting list, pitch materials, pipeline
management, contracts negotiation, closing deals…)
Identify and research relevant sales target to develop Younited Growth customer base
(verticals, customer segments, etc)
Handle qualification, demos & closing from inbound & outbound leads
Understand prospects’ decision process & key contacts to develop a strong relationship with their C-level and generate interest
Achieve both individual and team sales goals in terms of new business
Work closely with the Product team to work on the continuous improvement of our offers
Bac+5 in engineering school, business or equivalent academic
At least 3 years’ of experience in sales
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills (oral & written)
Fluent in French & English spoken & written
Curiosity for SaaS, Tech, Fintech and continuous learning
Talented and ambitious teamplayer, result-oriented who wants participate in the team success
His background :Nicolas has 20 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in France and internationally. He worked in the automotive financial services sector for many years, launching and developing B2B activities. He joined Younited 2 and a half years ago as Sales Director Growth in charge of developing Younited Pay, a payment service based on instant credit technology.
His vision about the ways of working at Younited and the role : Younited Pay has become a major product in our B2B business. I’m looking for Sales personalities who are ultra customer-focused, able to make cold calls and close negotiations with C-Levels. The ability to adapt is extremely important, as our partners come in all shapes and sizes. The most important thing for me is to have the right mindset and the will to win as a team.
