Descriptif du poste

To help continue growing our activity in Belgium, we are looking for a versatile Sales Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, to listen to our customers needs and provide them with the perfect charging solution. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to help design and deliver charging solutions and will be the main point of contact throughout the customer’s journey.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first and primary point of contact for our private and business customers. You’ll engage with inbound leads generated through our partners or via our direct marketing channels, and you’ll also make outbound calls to new leads. You will:

  • Make outbound calls and send proactive emails to private and business leads.

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and email.

  • Qualify the customer’s specific needs for a charging solution.

  • Guide customers through the different options available to them.

  • Convert private and business leads into satisfied customers.

  • Liaise with the Operations team to provide all the necessary information for them to produce a design and quotation.


Profil recherché

What you’ll need:

  • To be pursuing a relevant degree (business-related).

  • To be IT literate, with experience using various business platforms.

  • To be comfortable with cold calling both private and business customers.

  • To be outgoing, with excellent people skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a simple and customer-friendly manner.

  • To be fluent in both French and English
