Main Responsibilities
Payroll coordination
Coordinate with our external payroll provider to ensure timeliness & accuracy
Manage Employee Benefit schemes (Meal vouchers, Plan Epargne Entreprise)
Process information on employees: absences, illnesses, salary increases, promotions, etc.
Draw up summary documents: management charts, payroll, entries/exits, etc.
Updating documents required by legal and regulatory provisions
Continuous Improvement (rules, collective agreements)
People Support & Collaboration
Support People Business Partners: ensure process flows are followed, systems up-to-date
Support People Business Partners for execution of our People Cycle (employee growth & development, annual performance review, internal mobility, etc.)
Lead additional projects linked to the France People Agenda : trainings, events, communication etc. depending on business needs
Manage employee onboarding process to ensure the best start for our new joiners
Contribute to internal communication and the organisation of internal events
People administration
Support our employees by answering questions/tickets
Create, monitor and update personnel files on HR tool (Workday)
Work with our apprentice to prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other correspondence
Legal watch: monitoring legislation in social matters and assessing the impact on our working environment. Benchmark of HR best practices
Requirements
Essential
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent written & spoken French and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, eye for detail and drive to work accurate and with precision
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Very curious and willing to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable
Min. 1-2 years experience as People officer/Service role in HR (Admin Support)
General knowledge of HR practices/processes & French Employment law
Ambition & Openess to grow into other departments : Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics
