Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

As a Partnerships Manager at Accor, you will have the mission to build and maintain a portfolio of partners aiming at enriching our ALL loyalty program value proposition and drive new revenue generation.

You will directly report to Arthur, VP Partnerships, and work closely with each Regional Partnership Heads, Finance, and Product & IT teams. This team currently manages a portfolio of retail, banking, insurance and payment partners globally.


Your mission: 

  • Grow new business: You’ll proactively identify opportunities & propose new initiatives that fit ALL growth strategy in the field of re. You will deliver the partnerships roadmap by providing ideas, inspiration, and method ;
  • Generate value: You’ll manage on a day-to-day basis existing partners relationship. You will steer, challenge, influence to increase ALL members usage of partner products & services and generate revenue for Accor. Support the overall management of high-profile and dynamic partnerships with retail, bank issuers, payment networks, and strategic partners;
  • Make things happen: You will use your sharp negotiation skills to get the best deals and master all areas necessary to bring partnerships to life incl. storytelling, customer offer, business model & business case, customer journey, tracking, marketing & communication plans, cost & impact (ROI);
  • Simplify: Work closely with Regional Partnership teams and Accor Digital Factory (Product & IT) and support functions (finance, legal, tax,..) to break silos and deliver meaningful projects. Manage internal dependencies to ensure the team achieves project goals, meets the highest quality standards, and delivers on time;
  • Coach: develop expertise across all regional team members in the field of cobranded card and payment products and act as a center of expertise for them to learn and grow.

Profil recherché

And you? 

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience of partnership management in Retail, Fin-tech and payment cards issuers (banks, payment network).
  • Proven expertise in the field of financial services product and services.
  • Understanding of loyalty program economics in a B2C environment.
  • An overseas experience (US in particular) is highly valued.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French with an innate attention to detail.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, banking, finance or relevant field of study.
  • Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
  • Minimum 3 years in project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Willing to travel to meet with key stakeholders, partners, and attend events
