What we offer you on a daily basis as Talent Acquisition Manager 🎯

Reporting to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting the best talent for Agorapulse's various departments, as well as managing a Talent Acquisition who will report directly to you.

The components of the role

✶ Recruitment:

  • Recruitment Roadmap definition 
    • Work closely with team leads to identify their needs
    • Validate the roadmap with the Executive Committee in respect of the mid term goals and internal guidelines, 
    • Drives full-cycle recruiting, proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions with the help of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. 
    • Work closely with team leads to structure recruitment processes (job desc, WSLL, scorecards, recruitment participants, etc) 
    • Train all team leads on effective, predictive and bias-free recruitment practices.
    • Continuously optimize processes and ensure compliance with recruitment practices
    • Ensures candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle.
    • Track Performance KPIs such as candidate experience rating (recruitment & onboarding periods), time to fill, time to hire, conversion rate, validated trial period rate…

✶ Talent Community:

  • Develop and manage a talent pipeline, especially in Tech, Product and Sales
  • Maintain an active network of talent acquisition managers to continuously improve your practices.
  • Manage a referral program to increase internal referrals.

✶ Employer Branding:

Establish a strategic plan for our Employer brand : 

  • Enhance the content of our website (Carrier pages), LinkedIn page, Glassdoor, 
  • Establish strategic partnerships
  • Work on our Onboarding process

About you 💫

  • You have a significant experience (5 years) in Talent Acquisition in a fast growing environment with a first experience in recruiting engineering profiles. 
  • You have strong headhunting skills (LinkedIn, job boards...).
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and getting hands-on.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to build strong relationships with candidates and employees and you are convincing when you pitch something.
  • You like productivity tools and you know how to manage and prioritize your tasks in a structured way.
  • You are curious, you like learning and working with autonomy.
  • You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly. You are analytical and rigorous.
  • You are fluent in French and English to handle our international recruitment.
  • You are assertive and agile
