This is not an easy job.

At Ask for the Moon, we operate at the nexus of a fast-paced deep tech startup and complex industrial groups like Airbus or EDF. Our mission is to blend these realms seamlessly to transform how knowledge is shared & discovered at (very) large scale. Your role is central to this vision.

We are on the hunt for COO to lead our customer operations team.

You will be responsible for Ask for the moon value-driven customer development, retention and upselling. You guide our team growth towards excellence and supports our platform development towards industry benchmark.

This position demands a candidate who not only masters the complexities of industrial environments but is also visionary about the future of Knowledge management. With very strong lean & project management skills, as much as sales & communication skills.

This is not an easy job. But it is fascinating.


Profil recherché

  • Long & diverse experience (10+ years) from sales to operations in international organisations spanning from industry to software.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to provide elegant solutions to complex customers challenges.

  • Inspiring leadership and communication skills to build long lasting relationships, from customers to ecosystem.

  • Experience in bottom-up Knowledge & Change management.

  • Experience in Project & Success management to ensure value-driven customer acquisition, retention and upselling.

  • Advanced understanding of SaaS & GenAI technologies.

  • Advanced understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industrial processes relevant to our customer base.

  • Perfectly bilingual French + English.
