Your goal : Put AI at the heart of AssessFirst and supplement our existing knowledge.
Your missions : Deploys scientific rigor and machine learning principles to make AssessFirst a learning solution, and develop cutting edge algorithms to predict job-related outcomes.
👉 To do this, you will have to:
- Work together with behavioral scientists in order to identify relevant data necessary to understand and predict human potential and performance;
- Build an effective and automatized data collection strategy on the AssessFirst app;
- Bring statistical methods and analytical models to prepare, analyze, and reveal trends and patterns in data;
- Design and develop robust and innovative machine learning solutions and algorithms for future and existing AssessFirst products;
- Evaluate the efficiency, performance and limitations of the created algorithms;
- Write production ready code for practical implementation by our developers;
- Work together with our engineering team to deploy and enhance the models at scale;
- Contribute to the improvement of our data science pipeline from exploration to production;
- Keep actively alert on advances in scientific research or other useful sources to identify emerging trends in machine learning techniques.
Your future team
You will be part of the Science team, composed of Emeric (Head of Science), Konrad (Psychometrician) and Jianqiu (Data Engineer). You will also work extremely closely with the whole product team and the engineering team.

What we would need...
- Fluent in both English & French 🇬🇧🇫🇷 (requirement)
- Knowledge in search engine/recommenders, knowledge in NLP
- Proficiency in Python (R is a plus)
- Knowledge of ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch ou Spark/MLlib
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of AWS
