Job Purpose

Support AXA IM global HR team operating from the HRIS team on subjects related to HRIS landscape + HR Analytics + HRIS project(s) 

Key Accountabilities HRIS Support management

  • Support HR team in the daily operating use of our HR Information Systems. 
  • Support HR team in Learning, Performance & Talent, Compensation campaigns and IT initiatives.
  • Contribute to technical support of our current overall HRIS (interface monitoring, access management, technical support team with AXA IM Operations / AXA GO) + provide business coordination with HR stakeholders at both local and group level to update our business process documentation. 
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of business processes to ensure data quality of our HR data captured in our HRIS landscape by performing internal HR data audits and seeking the help and support from our HR stakeholders to solve data issues/mistakes and challenges related to business query and activity.
  • Oversee any enhancement(s) required for our HRIS environment by coordinating between our multi transversal stakeholders (HR / IT / Finance / Legal / Business).
  • Ensure that our HRIS environment is compliant with all our Due Diligence requirements (AXA Group and AXA IM).

HRIS Project management

  •  Conduct business analysis to identify and address the business need by specific projects or set of activities.
  • Conduct Project Management for business specific project(s) or transversal project(s) either from AXA IM or Group HR by applying the fundamentals rules of project management to aim a delivery on time by respecting budget and planning.
  • Establish a data mapping assessment of all HRIS landscape to update and feed our HRIS architecture.

 

HR Reporting management

  • Provide support and contribution to collect data for HR reporting purpose/initiative and business need (RFP teams) 
  • Be proactive in the improvement of our analytical capability and capacity.

Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge on Pack Office (Excel and Power Point mainly).
  • Experience on Oracle HCM or similar system is an added value.
  • Experience on Tableau data visualization tool is an added value
  • Knowledge of HR fundamentals and key HR processes Is a plus
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English is mandatory, French is a big plus.

Experience

  •  5-8 years of experience of which 3 years in a similar role and preferably within an international matrix organisation.

  • Unwavering rigour and attention to detail, where and if needed.
  • Change management experience and ability to adjust to change, including the ability to work through ambiguous situations and to multitask. Strong time management skills and “get things done attitude”.
