YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Understand and manage feed structures and compositions within various advertising platforms and tools. Ensure feeds are optimized for performance, adhering to best practices and platform requirements.
  • Manage or optimize campaigns to meet business objectives. Coordinate with the performance team to develop and implement strategies that capitalize on additional opportunities.
  • Manage and help optimize the Google Merchant Center account, ensuring compliance with platform rules, preventing issues, and applying best practices. Regularly review and update product data to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Act as a liaison between the performance marketing team and technical stakeholders. Clearly communicate needs to the team, providing value estimations and justifications. Foster a collaborative environment and proactively address performance needs.
  • Collaborate with the team on audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and data collection for web and mobile applications.
  • Support engineering teams in data ingestion processes using tools like BigQuery or SQL. Develop dynamic advertising and automation solutions using feed data.
  • Help in setting up testing roadmaps and methodologies for incrementality analysis to validate budget forecasting and channel prioritization. Contribute to improving Marketing Mix Modeling by proactively analyzing business and product data.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of feed structures and their operation within advertising platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Google Merchant Center management, including needs, rules, issue prevention, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business needs and value estimations effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proficient in data ingestion and integration, particularly with BigQuery, SQL and/or Fivetran.
  • Understanding of dynamic advertising and automation using feed data.
  • Strong working knowledge of value attribution metrics, measurement, and audience configuration.
  • Preferred Knowledge:
  • Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
  • Analytics
  • BigQuery
  • Google Merchant Centre
  • Experience with Marketing Mixed Modelling is a plus
