As a Customer Success Manager at Beavr you will own a portfolio of clients across a range of different industries. You’ll have the pivotal role in ensuring Customer Satisfaction - empowering customers to become self-sufficient while focusing on their long-term success, value realisation, retention and growth.
We’re currently a growing team of 4 CSMs with 2 Sustainability Experts, and 1 Customer Success Operations Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
CSR expert role: Coach customers on building their Sustainability Management System. Act as a trusted advisor - providing advice, guidance and expertise (we’ll help you get there, as Sustainability expertise isn’t a pre-requisite of the role).
Portfolio Management: Focus on client long-term success, value realisation, retention and growth with regular touch points across your portfolio. You own the client relationship from onboarding to client renewal.
Internal voice of the Customer: Support building 1-to-many resources (FAQs, webinars, guides). Collect and summarise client feedback to influence building our product roadmap (new feature releases, enhancing existing products). Share success stories internally. Participate in Customer Events.
Mentoring team members, involvement in Strategic topics, we’re an early stage startup where you can really make your mark.
This role is made for you if
You have > 3 years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management Role.
Strong interest for sustainable development and impact topics. You are driven by the aspect of speaking about Sustainability on a day to day basis with your clients.
You have a strong bias for action: we’re looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands on and try out new things.
Be client-centric. You like our clients and they like you : you’re able to handle multiple customers/accounts simultaneously.
You’re comfortable in ambiguous and changing environment (priorities can change fast in a startup)
You want your work to matter 🙂
Must have:
You have > 3 years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management Role
French and English fluency
Plus:
Previous experience in Sustainability
Previous experience working in an early stage start-up
