We’re building the Intent Data API for Sales SaaS and AI-native platforms.

Our technology powers the next generation of sales tools and automation agents — platforms that are reshaping how go-to-market teams operate in real time.

We work with some of the best-known tech companies in Europe (like Rippling, Alan, Payfit, Spendesk) — but our focus today is on helping SalesTech and AI agent companies (like Clay, Unify, Topo) move faster with better data.


Profil recherché

🧠 This role is for you if…

  • You’re native or bilingual in English

  • You speak French

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a technical SaaS company (e.g. Datadog, MongoDB, Snowflake, Segment…)

  • You’re comfortable working with technical buyers, like product managers and engineers

  • You’re organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently

  • You’re a relationship builder and a problem-solver

  • You thrive in a commercial role with a direct impact on retention, renewals, and expansion

You’ll be working primarily with international clients building Sales SaaS platforms or AI Agents — not focused on the French market.

💼 What you’ll be doing

If you had to remember 3 things:

  1. Own the portfolio

  2. Work cross-functionally with the team to remove technical blockers and drive progress

  3. Drive expansion

In detail:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid to enterprise-level accounts

    • You’ll be responsible for renewing an existing 800k€ ARR portfolio and growing it by 30%

    • This includes both the existing portfolio and new customers brought into your scope

  • Act as the main point of contact post-sale — from onboarding to long-term success

  • Proactively identify and remove blockers, whether technical, product, or operational

  • Collaborate with Sales during the handoff, and with Support/Product teams to share feedback and improvements

  • Monitor and secure renewals

  • Uncover and drive expansion opportunities based on customer usage and strategic needs

  • Partner with customers to implement new use cases that fuel growth

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention

  • Build trusted relationships with technical teams on the customer side

🚀 Onboarding & Growth

You’ll go through a 100-day onboarding journey designed to help you progressively take ownership of strategic accounts — with the mindset of getting early wins fast.

You’ll be supported by the founders, product, and support teams, gaining autonomy across both the technical and commercial aspects of the role.

✅ What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing customer accounts in a B2B SaaS company (technical background is a plus)

  • Strong grasp of MRR, renewals, and upsell mechanics

  • Ability to read and explain API documentation

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional

  • A solution-oriented approach with the ability to simplify complex topics

  • Interest in SalesTech, AI workflows, or data-driven products

  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with tools like Postman, Segment, Zapier, Make, Retool, etc.

💡 Bonus points

  • Experience in a startup scaling from €1M to €10M+ ARR

  • Previous roles in RevOps, SalesOps, or as a Solutions Engineer / Technical AM

  • Exposure to the AI Agent ecosystem

  • Experience managing both business and technical stakeholders
