You’re native or bilingual in English
You speak French
You have 5+ years of experience in a technical SaaS company (e.g. Datadog, MongoDB, Snowflake, Segment…)
You’re comfortable working with technical buyers, like product managers and engineers
You’re organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently
You’re a relationship builder and a problem-solver
You thrive in a commercial role with a direct impact on retention, renewals, and expansion
You’ll be working primarily with international clients building Sales SaaS platforms or AI Agents — not focused on the French market.

Own the portfolio
Work cross-functionally with the team to remove technical blockers and drive progress
Drive expansion
In detail:
Own and manage a portfolio of mid to enterprise-level accounts
You’ll be responsible for renewing an existing 800k€ ARR portfolio and growing it by 30%
This includes both the existing portfolio and new customers brought into your scope
Act as the main point of contact post-sale — from onboarding to long-term success
Proactively identify and remove blockers, whether technical, product, or operational
Collaborate with Sales during the handoff, and with Support/Product teams to share feedback and improvements
Monitor and secure renewals
Uncover and drive expansion opportunities based on customer usage and strategic needs
Partner with customers to implement new use cases that fuel growth
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Build trusted relationships with technical teams on the customer side
You’ll go through a 100-day onboarding journey designed to help you progressively take ownership of strategic accounts — with the mindset of getting early wins fast.
You’ll be supported by the founders, product, and support teams, gaining autonomy across both the technical and commercial aspects of the role.
Proven experience managing customer accounts in a B2B SaaS company (technical background is a plus)
Strong grasp of MRR, renewals, and upsell mechanics
Ability to read and explain API documentation
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional
A solution-oriented approach with the ability to simplify complex topics
Interest in SalesTech, AI workflows, or data-driven products
(Nice to have) Familiarity with tools like Postman, Segment, Zapier, Make, Retool, etc.
💡 Bonus points
Experience in a startup scaling from €1M to €10M+ ARR
Previous roles in RevOps, SalesOps, or as a Solutions Engineer / Technical AM
Exposure to the AI Agent ecosystem
Experience managing both business and technical stakeholders
