Clasquin is looking for a Customs Solutions Support based in Lyon (Head Office)

Your missions will be:

Key users animation & training

  • Animate a network of Key Users within the customs teams

  • Elaborate/Update Training strategy and organize regular training courses

  • Organize webinars for the customs & freight forwarding teams and animate training campaigns as part of our global business solutions teams

Customs Solutions compliance

  • Address customs processes continuous improvement leveraging our Customs modules and more broadly the digital solutions at your disposal

  • Assess any local compliance needs, propose an appropriate solution and deploy it within customs & freight forwarding teams

  • Assess needs from customs Key Users and propose a compatible process with an end to end view while respecting our core processes

  • Pilot customs/risk KPI with customs managers and propose plan of actions in case of deviation (process, organization, training…)

  • Implement core customs processes within the perimeter you are assigned to

  • Propose adjustments to better match local usages

  • Drive associated change requests & follow up on results with editor partners

Customs Solutions Management

  • Support level 2 of Cargowise One customs module (for France, Spain, Germany, US…) using incidents management system

  • Manage/Support integration with Cargo Community Systems and ensure end to end testing and validating of solutions

  • Deliver associated documentation to ensure proper transition of these processes to the end-users (Training & Support)

  • Define and promote standards for data, solutions & governance

  • Ensure follow-up & monitoring

  • Test new releases related to customs modules

  • Review new functionalities and propose deployment /activation


Profil recherché

Requirements for this permanent contract:

You have an experience in customs brokerage in France as well as with any customs modules on the market. An experience on Cargowise One TMS by WiseTech Global is a plus.

You are willing to travel domestically and within Wester Europe frequently. Some punctual travels in North America

Must be comfortable in English. Spanish is an asset
