As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving product strategy and execution for several of our b2b SaaS applications, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings. Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and refine product strategies in alignment with company objectives and key client use cases. Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business value.
Agile Development Leadership: Champion agile principles and methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle. Guide and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure efficient delivery of product increments.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, specification, design, development, testing, launch, monitoring and beyond. Drive the development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that respond to user needs.
Process Implementation and Optimization: Establish and optimize product development processes to improve efficiency, quality, and team collaboration. Continuously refine workflows, tools, and best practices to align with agile and product lifecycle principles.
User Research and Customer Insights: Conduct research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions. Utilize feedback loops to validate assumptions, identify user needs, and prioritize feature development. Includes user validation of product features.
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (Tech, CSM, Marketing, Sales, Founders) , fostering open communication and alignment on product vision, goals, and progress. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to ensure cross-functional collaboration and transparency.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the product lifecycle. Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues to minimize disruptions and ensure successful product delivery.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives to continuously improve product features, user experience, and team processes. Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging feedback, and iteration to drive innovation and product excellence.
Additional Tasks:
New Product Development Initiatives: Drive the exploration and development of new product ideas and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate concepts, define requirements, and guide product development efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment across departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to promote shared understanding and collaboration.
Specify products and use design thinking methodology Take the lead in defining product specification. Employ design thinking methodology to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and goals. Work closely with diverse teams to brainstorm, create prototypes, and verify solutions that effectively tackle user challenges and provide maximum business impact.
- 2 to 5 years in a product management role
- Obligatory B2 French level & business level English
- Based in Paris or ÎDF (hybrid remote/in office)
- Experience in b2b SaaS, or agri-food is a plus
