This is a crucial function for the company as generating new business is essential for the D-EDGE’s growth. As an SDR and a true spokesperson for the company, you are on the front line to explore the market and approach new prospects.
You’ll be in contact with a wide variety of people from the Hospitality industry. You’ll need to understand their needs, introduce them to our solutions, convince them of our added value, and finally obtain qualified appointments.
Outbond calls (60% if the time)
Identify promising prospects and key decision-makers, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels from the hospitality industry.
Uncover opportunities for improvement within potential clients’ operations, positioning D-EDGE as the solution.
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, using tailored hooks to spark interest and establish initial contact.
Diligently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive progress.
Represent the company at trade fairs and sales seminars, contributing to our dynamic presence in the market.
Lead management (40% of the time)
Swiftly respond to all incoming leads, ensuring they receive a personalized call
Initiate compelling dialogues with prospects to uncover their unique needs and potential.
Take charge of lead follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Seamlessly integrate lead data into our CRM system, Salesforce, for streamlined follow-up.
Liaise effectively with internal sales teams to ensure leads are promptly and appropriately handled.
Craft precise quotes and deliver compelling proposals to clients with confidence and professionalism.
Skillfully negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
