We are opening a new Customer Support position (CDD) as part of our growing business.
This role is perfect if you are looking for a hands-on position in the e-commerce/marketplace industry, where you can make an immediate and visible impact on the business every day. You will leverage your strong skills in customer relations, customer success, and project management using the best tools available in the market, working within a tight-knit team at the heart of our global strategy.
Your Responsibilities (Part of the “Quality” Team, Reporting to the Manager):
You ensure the success of the overall customer experience.
You collaborate closely with the Tech and Operations teams to find fast and tailored solutions for customers.
You monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your activities.
You stay involved in the company’s strategic projects and their implementation.
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a marketplace environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of digital support tools such as Zendesk.
Interest in e-commerce and the reconditioned “green” economy
Professional English is a must.
