Ismaïl has been an important part of the Fullstack development team since he joined as a Junior Developer in 2017.
He quickly evolved within the team and is now a Senior Fullstack Engineer who works on new applications to bolster our client relationships and improve our solutions.
Ismaïl holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from IMT Atlantique, where he graduated in 2020.

With over 10 years of development experience, Kevin has been an integral part of the Fullstack team at Equativ since 2015.
Initially joining as a developer, Kevin’s leadership and technical skills led him to become the head of one of the Fullstack teams.
As Team Lead, he helps maintain and build the architecture of the Fullstack teams and create synergies between all development teams.
Prior to joining Equativ, Kevin gained experience in companies such as HEGYD and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the EPITECH, European Institute of Technology.

Romain joined Equativ in 2009, where he helped build the Fullstack team from the ground up.
Initially joining as a Web Developer, Romain has had an impressive career with Equativ - he not only founded the Nantes office in 2013 but is now the head of all six Fullstack teams.
His experience and leadership help Equativ create cohesion between our buy and sell side platforms.

Since 2021 Samuel has been a part of the Core Quality team helping to improve work processes, and produce tools to improve the overall quality of collaboration, along with other development-focused missions.
With experience in companies such as Oracle, Samuel brings valuable experience to the team.
He holds an MBA in Information Technology from Ionis-STM, where he graduated in 2018.

After 4 years at ID5, Athénaïs joined Equativ in September 2022 as a Key Account Manager where she develops strong partnerships with publishers, digital content owners, broadcasters, and ad networks in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
Her experience in the Adtech industry along with her digital strategy and management skills led to her nomination as an AdTech Rising Star in 2021. She holds a degree from SKEMA Business School in Digital Marketing and Project Management.

Drawing on his experience of more than 15 years, first in investment banking (Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas) then as financial director and member of the board of directors of technology companies (Coheris Group, Orsyp Software), Arnaud joined Equativ in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed CEO in 2018. His global vision of the digital advertising industry and his understanding of the challenges for all players in the sector have enabled him to set up strategic projects and drive the international growth of the independent adtech platform, in a context where the ecosystem faces many challenges (privacy, dominant position of GAFAs, etc.). Arnaud graduated from ESSEC Business School class of 1999.

With almost 20 years of software engineering experience, Antoine has been with Equativ for the last 15 years as an integral part of the R&D team, helping build the Fullstack team from the ground up. His skills in web engineering and team leadership are a huge asset to our Fullstack team, where he helps develop and maintain customer and internal portals. Antoine graduated from ECE with an engineering degree in 2006.

Over the last 5 years, Max has been an essential part of the Product team. Beginning as an intern in Junior Design, he quickly evolved to Senior Product Designer and is now the Head of UX at Equativ. His design capabilities coupled with strong leadership skills help build user-centric products and increase our user experience on a daily basis. Max has previous experience at Wino Technologies, as well as working as a freelance developer and design teacher at Ironhack’s bootcamp. He graduated with a Master's in Engineering from HETIC in 2019.

Aicha joined Equativ two years ago as a Data Scientist where she has developed numerous projects to support our R&D efforts. Her work has an important impact on Equativ’s performance and service availability, and she works closely with machine learning engineers to develop features that enable our clients to get the most out of our product. She has a range of skills such as TensorFlow and Python. Before joining Equativ, Aicha interned at companies such as Untienots and Applause. She graduated with a Master’s in Data Science from École Polytechnique and HEC Paris.

Kaoutar joined Equativ in January 2022 as a Senior Program Manager on the BPA team. With over 10 years of experience, Kaoutar has held positions such as Product Manager and Sales Process Manager, most notably at Atlas Copco. Her mission on the BPA team is to enhance employee delivery through flawless processes and tools and to enable all functions to serve our customers effortlessly. Kaoutar graduated with a Master's degree from Centrale Supélec in 2012 as well as a degree in Big Data and Analytics in Business from KU Leuven in 2018.
