As Hub Leader, you join the Supply & Offer community and you report directly to our Chief Supply Officer, Anne Levi.
Your role will be to grow a high-quality and performing network of agencies across AMEA destinations (North, Central & South America, Africa & Middle East) to support our strong growth ambitions. You are accountable for sales target achievement of the entire geographical region.
More precisely, the role will entail:
Hub Strategy (Lead the Expansion)
Craft and drive a bold growth strategy for the Hub
Shape and scale the agency network to fuel your expansion
Conquer new geographies with confidence
Build winning business plans with expert teams to boost performance and network engagement
Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting, driving smart decisions
Business Execution (Own the Game)
Set ambitious sourcing targets and track success
Drive top performance in customer satisfaction, sales, and sustainability
Spot trends, seize opportunities, and solve pain points with action-driven plans
Report results, make data-driven recommendations
Lead partnerships with key agency leaders, unlocking new growth avenues
Balance demand and supply to maximize growth potential
Team up with Market, Growth, and Offer teams to activate winning strategies across destinations
Team Management (Inspire & Empower)
Lead a team of 5 Account Developers and 1 Sourcing Manager
Elevate skills, optimize portfolio assignments, and unlock your team’s full potential

A solid experience in Sales team management.
Proven commercial experience and business acumen.
Experience in collaborating with internal teams.
Strategic vision and ability to manage operational topics in a moving environment.
Strong data skills and desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
Salesforce user.
Speaker qualities to represent your geographical region within Evaneos but also externally (Academies, Press etc).
Entrepreneurial spirit and result-oriented.
Fluent in French & English, another Evaneos market language is a plus.
Travel/tourism industry knowledge is plus.
