Within the Supply & Offer Department, our regional teams play a crucial role in developing revenue across the world and supporting all partners in their growth.
We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to take charge of an exciting portfolio of local travel agencies and accelerate their performance.
As Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving Evaneos’ business goals by driving revenue, boosting partner performance, and ensuring they exceed our Better Trips standards to deliver the best possible experience to travelers.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
🎯 Strategic Portfolio Management
Build and execute a growth-driven strategy for your portfolio of partner agencies, ensuring performance aligns with ambitious sales targets
Determine your portfolio size to optimize revenue generation, balancing expansion with focus on high-potential accounts
Cultivate strong, results-oriented relationships with partners to drive engagement and mutual success
🤝 Driving Business Excellence
Successfully onboard new partners and empower them to thrive and drive high engagement
Build targeted action plans and collaborate closely with local agencies, coaching them to achieve excellence in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainability standards.
Make data your ally: analyze metrics, identify insights and opportunities, recommend improvements to optimize the sales funnel and achieve objectives
Ensure optimal allocation of leads to agencies based on their business capacity and response capabilities
Work hand-in-hand with Sourcing and Offer Managers to craft winning destination strategies that align with business objectives

Weekly teleworking (up to 2 days/week) & traveling TT to work several times a year in other countries/regions.

You may be a great fit for this position if:
you have a proven experience of at least 4 years in account management or business development
you have strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and effectively prioritize tasks
you’re a natural relationship builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills
you’re laser-focused and tenacious on achieving ambitious targets
you are fluent in English and French to connect daily with our 15 internal nationalities and all local agencies. Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
