• 4 Impact Teams → Create inspiring travel experiences, empowering travelers to co-create their journeys. We also support local travel agencies with tools to boost efficiency and traveler connections.

• Platform Team → Empowers developers with greater autonomy, simplifies daily workflows, and offers a self-service platform.

• Data Team → Manages the data ecosystem and supports decision-making processes.

Your Role as Frontend Engineer 🌟

Here’s what you can expect from your day-to-day:

• Focus on the User: You’ll help identify what users need and find the best ways to solve their problems.

• Small, Strong Team: You’ll work with 2 other developers, where quality code and teamwork are top priorities.

• You’re comfortable working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• You’re familiar with a modern JS framework and have experience with React and Redux. We’re also migrating to Next.js and React Query.

• You’ve used testing tools like React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.

• You’re at ease with TypeScript and like keeping your code clean and efficient.

• You’ve worked with a component-driven approach, and you understand how to make components reusable. We maintain two design systems at Evaneos.

• User experience is important to you. You’re comfortable working with Figma to create designs for both mobile and desktop.

• You believe in team collaboration and enjoy discussing ideas and decisions with others.

• You’re someone who brings solutions, asks questions, and keeps pushing for better results.

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and learning from others, whether it’s about your wins or challenges.

• You’ve helped mentor junior developers and enjoy supporting others’ growth.

• You’re comfortable speaking English, as our team is international.

💰 Salary & Transparency

For this role, the salary range is €58K-65K.

At Evaneos, salary decisions are fully transparent—your compensation is determined using clear benchmarks, career track progression, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.

1. Screening Call : A first conversation to break the ice, talk about your experience, and give you a feel for the Evaneos vibe ⏱️ 45 minutes.

2. Technical Test: Complete a test at home – it’s your chance to showcase your skills and problem-solving approach.

3. Technical Interview: A 1h30 session, either on-site or via video, where you’ll dig into technical topics with your future team and discuss real challenges ⏱️ 2h.

4. Cultural Fit Chat: A conversation to explore Evaneos’ values, give you more context, and see how we align in working together ⏱️ 1h.
