As a Customer Platform Architect (CPA), you will be responsible for guiding customers through the technical deployment and architecture of their platform, ensuring stability, efficiency, and scalability. You will diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues, conduct performance audits, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product and Solution Engineering will be key, as you integrate platform requirements and may participate in pre-sales technical discussions.
Note: Fluency in English is required for this role, as you’ll be working with an international customer base. We are hiring for this position in France.
Guide customers through platform deployment: Assist customers in designing, implementing, and configuring their platform to meet specific needs, ensuring smooth onboarding and optimal performance.
Manage infrastructure issues: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure, anticipating potential problems before they escalate.
Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits of customer platforms to assess performance and resilience, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Maintain technical documentation: Ensure that the technical documentation around architecture is clear, up-to-date, and accessible to both customers and internal teams.
Collaborate across teams: Work with the Product team to align platform architecture needs with product development and with the Solution Engineering team to resolve pre-sales design questions and address platform issues during deployment.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, including virtualization technologies and networks.
Proficiency in system architecture design, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and on-premise infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues.
Excellent communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles, effectively explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Product and Solution Engineers.
Eagerness to integrate with the Customer team, develop expertise in our platform’s features, and understand the threat intelligence domain.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud security principles is a plus.
