Your mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Client Launch Executive to help launch our smart fridge solutions on site at new clients. A key part of our Account Management team, this role goes beyond traditional project management—you’ll be tasked with developing and executing innovative, fun, and engaging strategies to boost adoption, awareness, and excitement around the launch of our smart fridges in workplaces.
Your responsibilities:
1. Launch (Planning, Implementation and Onboarding):
- Lead the end-to-end launch process for new clients, from planning to execution.
- Design creative and engaging onboarding of end users and launch campaigns that build excitement and awareness of our smart fridge offering. This may include launch day events, interactive demos, creative communications, and gamification to drive adoption.
- Develop tailored messaging and materials for each client to ensure that the launch resonates with their workplace culture and employees.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with the client’s internal teams to align the launch strategy with their company values, goals, and employee needs.
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of launch plans and consistency in messaging.
3. Drive Adoption and Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase the usage of our smart fridges. You’ll need to think outside the box—whether it’s organising creative competitions, providing giveaways, or creating content that drives ongoing employee interaction.
- Track key success metrics to measure the adoption and usage rates post-launch, and adjust strategies where necessary to maximise engagement.
4. Marketing:
- Managing the Foodles UK social channels utilising a mixture of content provided by the Foodles French marketing team and your own initiatives.
- Owning relationships with many of our network partners as well as organising our Foodles attendance at various different exhibitions and events in London.
