The Marketing Intern reports directly to the Marketing Manager, and works closely in synergy with the Marketing executive. The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in all projects across the different business teams, and helps the Marketing team to implement a number of marketing activities. The individual works operationally through various Marketing tools and especially through our CRM: Salesforce.
What You’ll Do
CRM
- Work on guest lists and campaigns in our CRM for all our events and content.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive, the Marketing Executive and with the EAs to improve the quality of our France database and the compliance of our contacts (GDPR).
- Build & update campaign distribution lists.
- Find, create and update contacts and create databases, and help to manage the lifecycle of contacts.
- Support the pre and post-event follow-up in Salesforce (update contacts information).
- Identify different types of company in Salesforce - PE, Law firms, Corporates - to facilitate event targeting.
Events & Partnerships
- Help on the operational and administrative tasks of our events.
- Be present at major events and participate through operational and communication aspects the same day. Logistical organization.
- Create events invitation drafts in Knak
- Complete the database for event venues.
Content & design
- Create designs for social media channels (on Canva)
- Create emailing’s templates (on Knak tool)
- Draft of several communications (external and internal)
- Benchmark on social media

- You are a business school master student in Marketing with 4/5 years’ higher education
- First experience on CRM tools (Salesforce) is appreciated
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of database management
- Autonomy, thoroughness, rigor, responsiveness, organization and curiosity
- You have good interpersonal skills and are stimulated by teamwork
- You have good communication and writing skills (in both French and English): you can adapt to your internal and external stakeholders
