Are you ready to step into the role of Talent Acquisition Lead and assemble a team of superheroes? FuturMaster is on a mission to recruit extraordinary talent from across France and beyond, seeking out the best and brightest to conquer the challenges of a fast-paced, demanding industry. 

As the mastermind behind our talent acquisition strategy, you’ll be tasked with crafting and executing a scalable recruitment approach that attracts top-tier talent across a variety of profiles to help us scale and grow. Your greatest challenge? Designing an innovative and efficient recruitment approach to complete our team of real-life superheroes meeting the high standards of our competitive industry. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Lead and Innovate in Recruitment Strategy

    Design and execute FuturMaster’s global recruitment strategy across all teams and levels, from individual contributors to C-level executives, both in France and internationally. 

    Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates by employing innovative sourcing techniques tailored to different personas—whether through outreach, direct approach, networking, or head-hunting

    Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the entire recruitment process—from defining needs and creating scorecards to conducting interviews and making the final selection. 

  • Champion Employer Branding and Advocacy

    Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects FuturMaster’s core values: curiosity, continuous learning, and a culture of care and challenge

    Elevate FuturMaster’s employer brand by managing job boards (like WTTJ and LinkedIn), amplifying our tone of voice, and collaborating with the Marketing team and the Brand & Social Media Lead to ensure FuturMaster stands out in the recruitment market. 

    Foster internal mobility and promote a referral culture to engage current employees in the hiring process. 

    Collaborate with the HR Project Manager on campus recruitment and junior talent acquisition initiatives. 

  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Data Excellence

    Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research and monitoring recruitment innovations to provide hiring managers with the most up-to-date insights. 

    Spearhead the potential implementation of an ATS to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 

    Establish clear KPIs and track key metrics to ensure accurate, up-to-date data on sourcing efforts and candidate progress.

Profil recherché

You are a perfect match if: 

  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and head-hunting niche profiles

  • Bonus points if you have prior experience as a head-hunter in a recruiting agency or have worked in software/B2B industries

  • You possess the ability to connect on a human level, with empathy that allows you to understand both candidates’ and hiring managers’ perspectives. 

  • Your business acumen and excellent communication skills enable you to seamlessly balance business needs, market dynamics, and expectations from hiring managers. 

  • You are proficient in working with ATS platforms and job boards, with additional experience in ATS implementation or migration being a plus. 

  • You’re a self-starter, capable of autonomously leading projects ranging from operational tasks to strategic initiatives. 

  • Known for your strong communication skills, you’re enthusiastic about leveraging digital tools to enhance communication. 

  • Fluent in French and comfortable with English, the primary language for training materials.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first call with an HR team member to introduce you to FuturMaster, the position, answer your questions and ensure a match with the challenges and expectations (30-45 minutes)

  • An interview with the Human Resources Director (1 hour)

  • A Business Case to prepare at home and present it to the Human Resources Director & an Hiring Manager (1,5 hours)
