Gladia was founded in 2022 by Jean-Louis Quéguiner, former VP Research & Innovation @OVHcloud, with a specific mission: to help companies leverage cutting-edge AI and retrieve actionable insights from audio data.
We raised $16M in Series A from top investors (XAnge, Illuminate Financial, XTX Ventures etc.) to build the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platform.
Our raison d’être is to empower any voice-first companies enabling them to easily integrate our transcription capabilities into their products, regardless of language, industry, or tech stack. Our API supports advanced speech recognition and analysis features in over 100 languages, with exceptional accuracy and speed. Typical use cases are center solutions, note-taking assistant and meeting recorder.

The Sales team at Gladia is responsible for targeting and closing new business opportunities with strategic customers and prospects. In this role, you’ll be focused on uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate Speech AI Models at scale as well as delivering the appropriate Gladia solution. This position is based in Paris.
Prospect into different types of companies and customer profiles while running an efficient sales process
Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
Develop a deep comprehension of customer’s business
Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution
Have intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation
Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
2 to 3 years minimum of closing experience
You’re goal driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals
Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
Experienced in selling into large companies with the ability to win new logos
Used to solving problems in a collaborative way
Have ensured high-quality work standards and shown proactivity and curiosity
Full remote policy with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in the heart of Paris (Sentier)
