As Gladia is growing and serving more and more customers, our infrastructure must evolve. We are looking for a DevOps to help us develop and maintain our infrastructure and work alongside our developers to improve our process.
What the job involves:
Create and maintain Kubernetes hybrid cluster, its components and its dependencies (storage monitoring, log, etc.)
Implement and manage the CI/CD
Prepare deployment for production
Optimize the infrastructure and tools scaling to keep costs low
Work on bare metal as well as with cloud providers
Support developers in the DevOps process
Documenting technical procedures and policies
With at least +5 years of experience on a product experiencing rapid growth, your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scale
Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerisation (knowledge with Helm is a plus)
Proficiency with CI/CD process (Github, test-driven development, etc.)
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.)
Experience with GPU in Kubernetes
Experience with installing and configuring proxies, firewalls and load balancers
Solid experience with databases (PGSQL, Patroni)
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana Loki)
Experience with distributed microservice systems and scaling
Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
Experience using configuration management tools (Ansible)
Experience using infrastructure tools (Terraform)
Networking knowledge (DNS, OSI model, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
Fluent in French and English
