As a SDR, you will join our Sales Team composed of 12 people (6 based in Paris, 5 in Barcelona, 1 in Berlin). Under the supervision of Aure, Team Lead Sales, you will take on the ambitious challenge of finding new business opportunities. To make this “sales growth hacker” role a success, you will work closely with the growth marketing team.

As a SDR, your missions will be to :
Reach your monthly target and achieve the quantitative KPIs required to perform consistently
Be an actor in the prospecting strategy
Qualify outbound & inbound leads (through cold callings mostly) and assess whether they are interesting for Hero
Cold call a large number of prospects reaching your perfor to obtain meetings based on the collection of key information and needs.
Qualify opportunities to put the account executive in the best position for closing.
Monitor your lead portfolio and report regularly to your manager.
Identify the most relevant segments and sources of prospecting in coordination with the growth marketing team.

Graduate of an engineering or business school, you have at least 6 months of experience in sales, with very good prospecting / cold call skills

Good pitcher : you are not afraid to pick up the phone to talk to c-level members

Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
