Your Ownership ? 💪

As a SDR, you will join our Sales Team composed of 12 people (4 based in Paris, 5 in Barcelona, 1 in Berlin). Under the supervision of Aure, Team Lead Sales, you will take on the ambitious challenge of finding new business opportunities. To make this “sales growth hacker” role a success, you will work closely with the growth marketing team.

Are you up for the challenge?

As a SDR, your missions will be to :

  • Reach your monthly target and achieve the quantitative KPIs required to perform consistently

  • Be an actor in the prospecting strategy

  • Qualify outbound & inbound leads (through cold callings mostly) and assess whether they are interesting for Hero

  • Cold call a large number of prospects reaching your perfor to obtain meetings based on the collection of key information and needs.

  • Qualify opportunities to put the account executive in the best position for closing.

  • Monitor your lead portfolio and report regularly to your manager.

  • Identify the most relevant segments and sources of prospecting in coordination with the growth marketing team.

Profil recherché

Your profile  ?  🦸

  • Graduate of an engineering or business school, you have at least 6 months of experience in sales, with very good prospecting / cold call skills

  • Performance driven : you’re not satisfied until you’ve reached your target.

  • Hunter’s soul : you are resilient, if the door is closed, you go through the window !

  • Good pitcher : you are not afraid to pick up the phone to talk to c-level members

  • Entrepreneurial mindset : you love to start from a blank of sheet and think out of the box

  • Doer : you are able to get your hands dirty with the ambition to lift mountains

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

  • Based in Paris
