Your Role & Responsibilities 💪

As a TA & HR Projects Intern, you will join our Lead HR, Anne-Béatrice, and our TA Specialist, Maëlis, and take part in the ambitious challenge of helping us scale our team and implement HR processes in a context of hyper-growth and international expansion.

Taking on a strategic role within the HR team, you will have significant responsibilities and a broad range of missions in the following areas:

1- Talent Acquisition: As a true business partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles entrusted to you:

  • Gather and clarify needs with the hiring manager

  • Draft compelling job descriptions

  • Implement an effective multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract a diverse candidate pipeline (including LinkedIn Recruiter license, networking, partnerships)

  • Screen candidates and conduct pre-qualification interviews via video conference (including in English)

  • Coordinate and schedule the entire hiring process

  • Coach both candidates and interviewers to ensure the best candidate experience

  • Formulate job offers

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, reporting key insights to your manager

2- HR Projects: Under the supervision of your manager, you will lead projects from conception to concrete implementation. The possibilities are endless—employer branding, culture, training—there’s still so much to build at Hero!

3 - Onboarding & Employee Experience: As the orchestrator of the onboarding journey and the advocate for employee well-being, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for every newcomer:

  • Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in all key stages of the onboarding process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee requests (excluding administrative matters).

Profil recherché

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, you have already completed one internship in human resources (at least). A previous experience in a startup with a high-growth context is a plus :)

  • Endowed with strong interpersonal skills, you have excellent verbal and written communication, allowing you to adapt to all types of interlocutors.

  • Data driven : you never lose sight of your goal and give yourself all the means to achieve it

  • Problem solver: no matter the situation, you know how to keep a cool head: a problem equals a solution.

  • Resourceful: Diving into challenges doesn’t scare you; quite the opposite!

  • Multitask and organized: You enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously while respecting your deadlines.

  • Agile and flexible: You adapt easily to fast-track and high-growth environment.

  • Based in Paris, you speak English and French fluently.

Hiring Process ⏰

Get set! To secure an offer, you’ll need to navigate through a swift multiple-step process:

  • A 45-minute video conference with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, Maëlis

  • A Business case with your manager, Anne-Béatrice, HR Lead

  • A Team Fit Interview with some of our HEROs!

Practical details:

  • 6-month Internship

  • Availability: Starting in July

  • Based in Paris (*we are not open to full remote work, you will have to work at Paris Office at least 4 days a week)
