Responsibilities:
The Head of Sales Europe role will focus on driving sales strategy, building customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets across Europe. You will report directly to Albane, our COO.
We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader with deep knowledge of robotics, industrial automation, and/or a keen interest in deep tech (computer vision, AI), paired with a proven track record of growing sales in a B2B environment.
To achieve this goal, you will:
You’ll develop and execute a sales strategy for the European market.
You’ll identify and prioritize target industries, regions, and accounts to maximize revenue growth.
You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
You’ll recruit, train, and manage our European sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
You’ll set sales targets, provide ongoing coaching, and implement performance metrics to track team success.
You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market demands.
You’ll stay informed on trends in robotics, computer vision, and industrial manufacturing to adapt strategies.
You’ll provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to the executive team.
You’ll partner with the Engineering team to relay customer feedback and market requirements for product improvements.
You’ll work with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions in customer environments.
You’ll travel and meet new prospects (France and Europe).
You’ll manage ongoing client projects & deployment processes.

Experience we are looking for:
Experience in selling to large industrial accounts - preferably in discrete manufacturing industries (automotive, aerospace, machine building, etc.)
Sale of high-tech products or software
Access to a personal “address book” created over the years with access to SVP / C-level decision-makers
Experience in project management to support the deployment & integration of the inbolt solution
Skills we are looking for:
Completely fluent in French & English
Additional language such as German or Italian is appreciated
Excellent writing and communication skills
7+ years of sales experience in robotics, industrial automation, or manufacturing technology
In-depth understanding of robotics, computer vision, and the industrial manufacturing landscape.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe to meet clients and attend industry events.
