The Green Skills Certificate program aims to equip 10,000 individuals globally with essential sustainability skills, enhancing their employability in a rapidly evolving economy where green knowledge and expertise are increasingly in demand.
As a Program Manager for the Green Skills Certificate program, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the learner intake process. This includes monitoring multiple automated systems and platforms, tracking key performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize operational efficiency. You will also support student communications, assist with inquiries, and collaborate with partners to promote the program. Additionally, you will contribute to operational improvements and take on ad hoc tasks as needed to enhance program success.
Your missions will include:
Operations
Monitor and optimize the learner intake process, using HubSpot to track applicant flow, learner engagement, and movement through the program.
Oversee administrative tasks in LMS platforms such as Moodle, including uploading reports, managing cohorts, and setting up learning environments to ensure timely execution and smooth program operations.
Analyze data and identify process improvements, leveraging insights to enhance efficiency, optimize operations, and improve the learner experience.
Maintain and update program tools and communications, including refining Typeform questionnaires and improving learner email communications.
Respond to learner inquiries and provide support, ensuring a seamless and engaging participant experience.
Support program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, using key metrics to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
Manage and coordinate partnerships with organizations and nonprofits to expand access to green skills training, overseeing operational collaboration and administrative processes.
At least 3 years of experience managing users, content, or processes across digital platforms, such as HubSpot, CRMs, learning management systems —ideally within customer support, nonprofit project management, or education technology.
Experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, marketing automation, and data analysis to optimize workflows, track online course participants, and enhance engagement strategies.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate learner challenges, troubleshoot issues, and manage learner-facing content as needed.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, online learners, and local volunteers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, where adaptability, initiative, and collaboration are essential.
Strong command of productivity tools, including Google Suite, Slack, Trello, and similar platforms.
Advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to create ad hoc solutions to support program operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with working proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
